A Break August 2015 – The INK Hotel in Amsterdam creates a new story

Can we transform a former newspaper press into a hotel? Why not! Establishing itself in the buildings that for a long time housed “Tijd” (The Dutch Times), the INK Hotel Amsterdam pays tribute to the world of this rag, founded at the start of the 20th century. What could have been gimmicky here is presented with the desire to develop an elegant and sober universe that honours the billions of stories that have been written inside these walls.
