Odette: like at home

Nestled between the undulating wooden walls of the 5-star boutique hotel Maison Albar Hôtel Le Pont Neuf run by Maison Rostang, this urban table has just offered itself a new chef in its kitchens.



The lucky elected official, Rémi Hénaux, spent time at Maison Astor, at the Pavillon Ledoyen (3 stars) and at La Grande Cascade with Frédéric Robert, where he signed an applied and mastered French cuisine. A changing menu, friendly meals enhanced by seasonal products, the dishes don’t stop coming and keep enchanting. That particular lunch-time, a poached egg, an almond emulsion and buckwheat tile, earth and seafood-style orecchiettes, mussels and chorizo with curry cream and to finish a baba with rum, lemongrass and ginger. The good news: a daily lunch market menu for only 24 euros.
