La Riviera: a southern look-alike!
Bathed in a sunny setting signed by the Friedman & Versace studio, this radiant spot is home to the majestic bar, La Riviera, designed like a boat’s shell.
Around it, there are hints of raffia and wicker, walls worked with limestone that radiate light, and marble and onyx for a noble touch. At the source of this charming spot is a restorative duo, David and Lionel, who already run the Maison Bleue et des Fauves, and who had a dream of building their very own pizzeria. Highly popular here, it gifted itself with a gleaming oven and the talent of the master pizza chef Giuseppe Corbo (whom we can come across at Bijoux et Anima) who has concocted an inventive menu. On the menu, classics such as the Daisy with tomatoes, burrata, basil leaves and an olive oil fillet and more surprising recipes such as the “Weekend à Rome”, a caccio&pepe pizza or the surprising “C’est en Septembre” pumpkin, veal pastrami, fried tarragon and smoked scarmoza. And also delightful starters (poached egg, sea bream ceviche…), gourmet dishes (fresh lobster pasta, snacked swordfish, poultry with its juice…) and desserts that rhyme with pleasure: Le paradis blanc (nutty shortbread, white chocolate ganache, kaki) or Le Très chocolat (chocolate, olive oil, lavender and hazelnuts). We say YES!
