In a Parisian bistro style, this new place nestled in the heart of the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile hotel celebrates French local produce. The resolutely contemporary décor is designed by the New York architect Georges Wong. Supported by chef Rafael Casas, who has travelled all over France to meet the best producers, the menu offers a wide range of cooked and richly flavoured dishes such as ham and truffle coquillette pasta or lemon pie. For the connoisseurs, the meat comes from Metzger Frères, the cheese from Ferme d’Alexandre, the fruits and vegetables from Comptoir des Producteurs and the bread from Lalos. It should also be noted that Tuesday to Friday from 6pm to 9pm takes place the afterwork with, on the menu, plenty of little things to eat and share.
