Freed from the classic codes of luxury hotels, resolutely impertinent, festive, glamorous and mysterious at the same time, Sinner Hotel is nothing like any other hotel and that’s why we love it!
Head for Le Marais in the heart of Paris to discover a highly enigmatic place. Signed Evok Hotels, which had already created the buzz with the opening of the Brach, Sinner Paris is rising to the top of the list of the must-go for this new season. At work here is the interior designer Tristan Auer (Les Bains, Le Crillon, Ran) who has thwarted fashion and provoked surprise in every detail. From the electric languor of the restaurant to the rooms inspired by ecclesiastical cells to the corridors illuminated only by the light of the stained glass windows, this half-sacred, half-felt place transports us in a unique atmosphere. The hotel unveils 42 enchanting rooms. Each one illustrates the personality of a Parisian district in a profusion of materials (antler, velvet, terracotta) and carefully selected works of art. The queen of the ball is the only suite perched on the top floor, like an ephemeral hiding place, originally a bachelor apartment, which combines cathedral volumes and a good-toned fantasy with audacity and refinement. To these delights, add the pleasure of a restaurant where chef Adam Bentalha has created an ethnic cuisine that offers beautiful escapes in mixed flavours. Also a bar revealing extraordinary volumes with a deliberately short menu of mystical cocktails (necessarily) and 100% home-made. The highlight: behind a door studded with forged nails, the most intimate part of the hotel. We discover the spa, named Albutio, which is home to a pool inspired by Greco-Roman baths where we can receive solo or duo treatments and a hammam. On the menu are tailor-made face and body protocols signed by the eco-responsible and unisex brand Orveda. And the icing on the cake? A concept store designed like a cabinet of curiosities coiled in a crypt lit by candlelight, devilishly mysterious… We can conclude that this 5-star hotel injects as much into our eyes.
