Paris, I’m eating you up

By Sandra Serpero

We’re totally in love with the pretty chocolate bars signed Petits Carreaux de Paris. Charming, timeless and oh! so Parisian, they are as stylish as they are tasty. The small brand launched in 2015 and has since gained fans from all over France with its quality recipes that use the best ingredients and ban palm oil, gluten and artificial flavours. They still propose a wide range of dark chocolates, including Extreme (98% cocoa), Woody, Subtle, Powerful. There also exists a milk and white chocolate version. On top of this, fusion recipes, such as a sensual dark chocolate with ginger and Espelette pepper, a sweet Caramel Milk and an intense black coffee. In terms of what’s new, an improved packaging, mini versions and even an Advent calendar, necessarily gourmet. Biting into a little piece of Paris has never been so chic.
Petits Carreaux de Paris for sale at La Garçonnière in the Marais, at Fine l’Epicerie in Belleville and at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs rue de Rivoli.
