Bernard Sagliocco initially officiated restaurant Bains Douches with the Thai chef Thiou, who had eponymous restaurants in Paris, worked in Pacific Palisades, 80s must address, before returning to his native region to create the Open House with its wife Marie, near the Polo Club Apremont.
