Serious about gastronomy with its many fine restaurants... or the opposite, with its touristic places

Such as Fook Lam Moon, which has been run by the same family for three generations, and won a Michelin star thanks to its crispy suckling pig, created by the grandfather of the current owner, or the Peninsula Hotel which offers a “culinary journey” in each of its restaurants. It can also be a tourist trap with its floating, flashing and kitschy restaurants, or restaurants for homesick expats who cook penne al arrabiata, daring to mix peppers… Chinese-style indeed!
