The pop-up restaurant of the Biennale des Antiquaires welcomes ten chefs from Relais & Châteaux.

For the 27th edition of the Biennale des Antiquaires, held beneath the glass dome of the Grand Palais, the Biennale’s pop-up gastronomic restaurant plays host, from 11th to 21st September, to ten chefs from Relais & Château. There, they shall demonstrate their art of haute gastronomy and celebrate the 60th birthday of the association in a setting designed by Jacques Grange, exemplifying the gardens of Versailles. At midday and every evening, one of the chefs shall devise an exclusive menu.
