A prestigious dinner to celebrate centenary of the Eden-Roc.

As part of the centenary of the Pavillon Eden-Roc and its famous seawater pool, eight Oetker Collection chefs and three of the best sommeliers in the world unite to host a unique dining experience. Eric Frechon and Laurent Jeannin (of the Bristol in Paris), Paul Stradner (of Brenners Park Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden), Franck Ferigutti and Florent Margaillan (of the Château Saint-Martin & Spa in Vence), Antoine Perray (of the Mamaskar Palace in Marrakesh) and Arnaud Poëtte and Lilian Bonnefoi (of the Cap-Eden-Roc Hotel) shall create a gourmand dining experience complimented by wines selected by Serge Dubs, Markus Del Monego and Andreas Larsson. Be warned, it is one night only: 5th September.
