Books and Wine at the Bristol.
The Bristol celebrates the benefits of literature, the table and friendship by launching a series of soirées revolving around books and wine. Every month, a different writer is invited to share a high-quality dinner concocted by the 3-Star chef Eric Frechon, accompanied by a new wine to discover, in the company of the proprietor. All the proceeds from these evenings will be donated by the Bristol to the American Hospital of Paris, in order to help fund the purchasing of medical equipment and the construction of new facilities. Over the course of these soirées, the author of honour will share a private reading of their work dedicated to guests, whilst the wine-grower proposes a tasting of a particular wine.
