Young Chef Thibaut Ruggeri, named the Bocuse d’Or 2013, has designed five dishes for the passengers of long-haul Air France Business class. Until the end of March, passengers can enjoy these exceptional dishes designed specially for their pleasure. The culinary creations of this young talent will be available on the menu for the four meals available on flights departing from Paris and renewed twice a month so that the pleasure of frequent travelers remains intact.
