Camille de Boissieu and Arnaud Billon are on their way to fulfilling their ‘Parisian’ dream; that is, to offer a seamless link from the farm and the plate and especially top-quality meat, sourced from a biological or sustainable cultivated. Establishing themselves in le Perche – making the family home their own – , who share this same positive and respectful philosophy (towards both creatures/animals and men). And what about us? We can make the most of a ‘couture’ meat delivery in Paris and the Paris region every Wednesday.
