Opening to a great fanfare and high expectations, the Louis Vuitton Foundation had no choice but to welcome a top chef to their table. And it is Jean-Louis Nomicos who steps up to the challenge, supported in his kitchen by the talented Franck Gehry two nights a week. On the menu: culinary creations that find a particular resonance here, and themes that vary according to the artist…definitely one to watch!
