Tourettes: a star in the sky of Terre Blanche!

A year after his come back in Terre Blanche, the chef Philippe Jourdin, already “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, won this nice distinction and it’s a good reason to visit Terre Blanche more often! He sets on his menu some well prepared cuisine and traditional Provencal dishes such as Beef tenderloin, with olive oil soy sauce and a crunchy cannelloni with vegetables and the traditional Panisse, Mediterranean, stuffed and bouillabaisse with saffron or even langoustines, ratatouille and light aioli with fresh vegetable juices … Get your forks ready!
