Beautifully located between the Champs Elysees and the Faubourg St-Honoré, this Haussmann authentic mansion that belonged to the Bradford family, whose portraits still adorn the walls, now offers 50 rooms, some of them sheltering fireplaces. They possess a rare luxury in Paris: space. Sophie Hanniet, which began the decoration of this 4 stars with his former partner Aurélie Sahuqué has endeavored to express the soul of the former owners. Furnished in a classic style, they display modern touches: taffeta, velvet, moldings and antique furniture alongside contemporary designed sofas and armchairs . They are served by a beautiful antique elevator that strengthens the “Parisian chic »mind. Our favorite: room number 57 with a wide balcony … We like the Lady B bar wearing a beautiful glass roof where the luminaires are housed in bird cages. The library filled with various objects reminds us of a curiosity cabinet. As for the living room, with its warm pastel colors, classic furniture and large bay window, it is ideal for a coffee or tea! A. F.-M.
