The iconic two-star chef of Cinq, the gourmet restaurant at the Four Seasons George V in Paris, takes you on a discovery tour of his best suppliers. Each month, Eric Briffard accompanies a few privileged clients to the market on Avenue du Président Wilson. It is a unique opportunity to interact with him and discover his preferred suppliers and stallholders. The morning departure takes place in the lobby of the hotel with a basket for everyone. Visitors will discover how the chef selects certain fruits and vegetables that one can rediscover in his recipes. Once the shopping has been completed, the guests are invited to catch up with the chef in the kitchen back at the hotel to join him in a friendly realization of a recipe. And in doing so, they contribute to the preparation of a dish before serving it, with a glass of champagne. An experience reserved for guests of the hotel and Cinq upon reservation.
