Seychelles: Four Seasons Paradise

Hotel Four Seasons Seychelles © Four Seasons

Suspended between the sea and the sky on a hillside, this sumptuous resort is located on the Petite Anse Bay, 18km from the capital of Mahé. It boasts 67 villas and suites, 27 of which are private residences. Villas and suites are suspended on stilts, nestled in the heart of a genuine jungle of coconut and mango trees and jackfruit plants…These offer a private overflowing pool, a windowed bathroom, offering you a constant glimpse of the beautiful Indian Ocean. The décor gives prominence to Creole influences: high thatch ceilings, teak floors and pools made of natural wood and bricks. In terms of dining, you could go for Zez, the main restaurant, perched at the top of the hill and offering simple cuisine comprising of fish and fresh ingredients or Kannel down on the beach that, beyond offering you snacks throughout the day, has a menu bursting with Creole dishes including fish curry. And the final highlight of the place: the spa and its sublime view. It consists of 5 pavilions where you may find 5 double cabins and three singles. Divers will be in their element here, as the hotel owns its own centre within the reach of superb diving areas such as Takamaka bay and its granites structures are just a stone’s throw away. A.FM
