Yoom, the dim sum palace
In the Petrossian family is known Armen the father, Ambassador of Excellence caviar. It is now the turn of the son, Mikael, to be talked about with restaurants dedicated to dim sum. If the first Yoom is dated in 2011, the young man just opened a new location in the seventeenth arrondissement, close to the Batignolles. It was in China that he discovered the true dim sum and decided to bring back to France these delicious ravioli. Whether steamed or fried, we enjoy these bites that can create a personalized menu, in order to taste a little of everything, such as tapas.
