A vegan experience with Joël Robuchon
There is no need to introduce Joël Robuchon, multiple starred-chef with restaurants scattered all over the world. But it is in Paris, at the Atelier Etoile, that he launches a brand new concept: an entirely vegetarian (and gluten-free) menu, presented over seven courses, which are all more gourmet than the previous one. And the tasting experience is far from gloomy. On the contrary, every dish delights both eyes and taste buds. It may even make you think of a vegetable garden lover’s shopping list. All the seasonal vegetables are elaborated upon: avocado, beetroot, peas, asparagus and fennel, and let’s not forget the incredible pimiento risotto flavoured with saffron and accompanied by club-root couscous with frozen herbs.
