G by Gaspard: naan fusion
Gaspard exists once more! This former BTP engineer decided to radically transform his life, moving away from major projects to something more artisanal and creative. A keen amateur of Greek Gyros pita, he endeavours to seek out the perfect compromise between true/false kebabs and top-end cuisine. That would entail a meeting with Nadim, the master of naan – Indian bread -, which would determine what would follow. Every afternoon, G by Gaspard thus offers a selection of several flavoured naans (with meat, fish or vegan) accompanied by roasted vegetables. It is delicious, nutritious – as a large amount of work is put into the sauces and condiments – and delicate. Just put: an absolute triumph. B.D.
