ISTR reinvents the Oyster Bar

Arty and warm atmosphere, the ISTR reinterprets the Oyster Bar with tastings of oysters as varied as original, served naturals or accompanied by homemade sauces. But the chef also proposes creations that come out of the ordinary like a cassoulet of lobster and crispy bacon, a foie gras with seaweed confit, a beef cheek Rossini way … So many new recipes that add to the signature dishes of the house , Such as the Lobster Roll or the Salmon Gravax. And for fans of cocktails, Philippe Morin proposes “food & spirits” agreements including an Oyster Shooter (oyster, tomato, vodka). To appreciate from 6PM TO 1AM, accompanied by a festive program rhythmed by DJ sets.
