Amongst the (limited) good news at the start of 2015, here is a story of height: 1000m2 in fact, set out over two levels, designed by Gilles & Boissier. Mathieu Pacaud, young chef and owner of 3-Michelin-starred L’ambroisie, now takes the opportunity to invest (following in the footsteps of Monsieur Bleu) in the 16th arrondissement, which establishes itself as an up-and-coming trendy area at a steady speed. Now is your chance to check out the Hexagone, which offers you a dining experience that is fabulous in style and classic at heart. The menu revisits French patrimony (as does the chosen name). The highlight: a cocktail bar. Still to come: a “culinary research firm” with several tables (all based on the demands of the client)…
Hexagone, 83-85 avenue Kléber 75016 Paris.
