« De Natura Fossilium bu Studio Formafantasma's » at the Gallery Libby Sellers, London.
The Gallery Libby Sellers presents for the first time in London Studio Formafantasma's work on the lava of Mount Etna and Stromboli.
Created by a duo of Italian designers, Simone Farresin and Andrea Trimarchi, the studio, recognized as one of the most influential of its generation, worked on the preservation of endangered techniques, the use of natural materials and the exploration of the concept of craftsmanship in contemporary production. De Nature Fossillium thus consists of pieces made from molded molten hot lava. Studio Formafantasma’s is able to express all the creative potential of this raw material into refined objects, using brutal geometry.
Until June 12.
