This never before seen exhibition displays the culinary traditions and unique savoir-faire of the chefs and Head Waiters of the great legendary liners.
It shows a time when their supplies, menus, food, service, and training were the absolute reference and envy of the General Transatlantic Company. Thanks to the incredible collection gathered by the French Lines Association, we can discover the luxury which reigned on board these giants of the sea, as well as the challenges and what went on behind the scenes. A rare insight into this extraordinary world where the dining room was a veritable gastronomic theater.
