The Amiens House of Culture organises the ‘Art Cities and Landscapes’ festival in the Hortillonages and the King’s Lynn Historic Centre.

A genuine open-air laboratory, this festival encourages artists to question nature and the future of this territory that is simultaneously fragile and majestic, natural and artificial, rural and semi-urban, between land and water. On the French side, visitors can discover 37 works (21 revisited, 16 previously unseen). Produced by young landscape designers, plasterers, architects and researchers, the pieces scattered throughout the Hortillonages site offer an off thewall view of this complex environment and our relationship with nature. Across the channel, 15 upcoming plasterers and landscapists display their art in the middle of this historical centre of medieval port settlement, King’s Lynn.
Until 17th November.
