After a day pounding the surrounding vineyards, a step at the Nuxe spa and before a gourmet dinner, let yourself sit in the deep lounges sofas of the bighouse. In front of a comforting fireplace, this is the perfect time to enjoy a glass of champagne or wine from Burgundy. With any luck, Sushi, the cat of the house will come visit you. The evening keeps going at La Table du Colombier, the gourmet restaurant of the Château. Here, this is Takashi Kinoshita’s field. The Japanese chef, who went through the kitchens of the Elysées and many starred restaurants, offers a cuisine that mixes great French tradition, Japanese art of display and a dash of creativity. Nothing is heavy, everything is delicate, brilliantly executed, even the game that he manages to transform into an incredible taste experience.
