We also like the beautiful cuisine from the Table du Hameau whose menu was designed by chef José Maréchal, the “pope” of kitchen jar, many cookbooks author and chef of his own restaurant in Trans-en-Provence (La Grotte). And the policy support to artists of the owners who order every year works a ceramist, painter and photographer. Their work adorns the walls of the rooms and the large lounge where you take a drink in the evening by the fireplace. Good point, too, the ceramic pieces commissioned from artists that we find at the table, such as the delicate “paper porcelain”coffee cups by Juli About.
