The most chic: the garden courtyard of the Plaza Athénée
Recently revisited by the designer Bruno Moinard, the Cour Jardin, a haven of peace in the heart of Paris, offers again this season a menu with Franco-Japanese variations signed by Fumiko Kono without forgetting the inevitable dishes cooked by the Chef Mathieu Emeraud. Fumiko Kono signs a contemporary Japanese cuisine inspired by his many travels. The regulars of the Cour Jardin will find there the the blue lobster, grilled vegetables Culatello Massimo Spigaroli or mullet cooked on one side along with a caponata … We discover desserts by Angelo Musa, the Pastry Chef Executive just arrived at the Plaza Athénée (Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Champion pastry). He signs here his first creations: a fresh and light dessert menu, mainly with fruits, which will evolve throughout the season.
