Looking for new inspirations

Different types of wood are used to make each handle, after having been dried gently during for months. The ram horns are used for their raw appearance. Redressed then cooked in oil, they give a particular touch to the Ceccaldi knives, both natural and animalistic at the same time soft and powerful. Always looking for new inspirations, the factory works also with less traditional materials such a carbon fibre, aluminium, coloured bones or stabilised wood. For lovers of beautiful original pieces, the clients are not making a mistake: the Ceccaldi knives appeal to enthusiasts worldwide, and have started to be used by famous French chefs.
