Amandine Chaignot opens her restaurant

It was in the vibrant 10th arrondissement that Amandine Chaignot, who studied with great chefs (Ducasse, Piège, Alléno, Fréchon), decided to set up her first Parisian table.



Like her cuisine, this pretty and stylish lair is a sign of true sincerity. You enter it through the bar, which invites you to taste delicious cocktails and fine wine references beforehand. Further on, you must pass in front of the open kitchen before arriving in the restaurant room, which proudly displays its stones and woodwork. A raw decoration punctuated with a touch of colour, the blue of the seats and terracota pink on the walls, and also wood, marble and then between two beams, an aerial linen veiling….

Thanks to her experience in the most beautiful establishments in France and across the Channel, the chef Amandine Chaignot has created a French cuisine marked by freshness and spontaneity, without bluster but with delicacy, where the vegetable is at work. Escorted by simple desserts such as her magnificent chocolate pie, her menu seduces and convinces. Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful addresses of this autumn 2019.
