Máncora: Peru is celebrated at LECLAIREUR!
LECLAIREUR Boissy d’Anglas strikes in beauty for the start of summer. Known for mixing styles, its signature style, this fashion temple is offering us a breath of exoticism in the heart of the chic districts of Paris. Máncora which takes its name from a seaside resort in northern Peru, is best known for foodies and lovers of good restaurant, for its address installed in the High Marais. At the head of it, the chef Eloy Calagua Llerena, trained with Gaston Acurio, the pope of Peruvian cuisine, who imagined an exclusive menu for LECLAIREUR composed of ultra cool ceviches of which he has the secret. On the menu we find the famous specialties of raw fish bathed in a marinade called “leche de tigre”, but also tiraditos (Peruvian carpaccio), traditional Peruvian dishes revisited (octopus skewers marinated with piment panca) and a nice proposal of “piqueos” (appetizers) greedy and exotic such as the bomba of yuca or the crunchy chipirones. To ease the thirst, the bar is celebrating the unmistakable Pisco, the traditional Peruvian aperitif declined here in a pleiad of inspired recipes. Also, well-balanced cocktails such as the Canario (Pisco 1615 mosto verde Italia, orange juice) and long drinks such as Pisco Tonic or Chilcano. Let’s enjoy all of this program on the sunny terrace of LECLAIREUR ! How to afford an exotic Faubourg Saint-Honoré moment!
