Low buildings are installed in the heart of the orange plantations. They offer 280 rooms and suites. The 17 suites offer exclusive services: wine cellar, pillows and a butler available to the guests. We love the rooms: very large, they offer a corridor-entrance, bordered on one of its sides by huge closets, a large bathroom with a bath tube and an Italian shower, than can be opened or closed onto the bedroom thanks to a set of sliding mirrors. The walls are dressed in straw and wood, the floors in marble. Each suite has its own terrace with a relaxing bed. Three amazing swimming pools including a “quiet” one dedicated to adults are available to guests. The food here is a big deal: in the RIA restaurant, fish of the day and seafood, at the Raw Bar, ceviches and carpaccios. At the Victoria, buffet style or à la carte meals and Thai flavors are celebrated: no surprise in a hotel of the Anantara group. The poolside restaurant, Palms Pool Bar, is serving tartar, grilled sardines and light dishes. At the Cascades, the swimming pool restaurant, we can enjoy dishes from the RIA restaurant. Finally, for a gastronomic dinner with food and wine, try Emo where local cuisine is celebrated. Finally, a 7-cabin spa and an indoor pool offer a nice panel of spa cares. A. F.-M.
