For the second time, the Helvetic airline has been named best European business class and best airline for short and medium haul flights at the Travel Star Awards run by the magazine Travel Inside. As in 2010, Swiss received the maximum points available, ahead of Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines.

Le Hameau Albert I, the luxury ecological mountain
The first and only hotel in Chamonix to receive a five-star classification, the Hameau Albert Ier has been managed by the same family – the Carriers – for five generations. Nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, in a Unesco natural heritage site, the Hameau is campaigning for environmentally responsible luxury. Natural materials from the region are favoured for decoration, the water served in the gourmet restaurant comes directly from Mont-Blanc (after filtering), the pool water is treated with a mixed organic UV system and chef Pierre Maillet works with local products. And finally, the new Le Grépon chalet opened last spring, made with materials recycled from the mountain farms. A unique way to enjoy the mountain.

The children of outside customers can also have access to the rink by ordering the “Puck” menu in the Galerie des Gobelins.
