  • Paris-Texas, a gourmet journey

The three PNYs (Marais, Faubourg Saint-Denis and Oberkampf) were already famous for their burgers. But with Paris-Texas, Graffi and Rudy, the two founders of the restaurants opened what could become an institution: a place dedicated to the Texan BBQ. Meat lovers, this address is for you! Beef, pork and even salmon, all the pieces are cooked on a real texan barbecue to recreate this smoky taste and the mellow meat made in USA. Even the bread is cooked on an embers, according to an Indian recipe. And for those who can not imagine a meal without a cocktail, it is Amaury Guyot, the gifted of Dersou, who has created the drinks menu with for example a Redneck Mary, a bloody mary with smoked tomatoes.

  • Black Supermarket, an arty and ephemeral place

From a neglected supermarket, a collective of ten urban artists made an ephemeral, colorful place full of surprises, between a meeting place and a gallery. During the day, you can sit in shopping chairs, in a delightful setting to enjoy a coffee, or some of the offers on the menu. In the evening, the café gives way to cocktails and the atmosphere becomes festive. Every week, an artist takes possession of the hidden “reserve” to offer his vision of the most beautiful black colors. You can also come to work like in a co-working space, discover the work of young designers, enroll in participatory workshops with initiation to urban art. In short, there is something for all tastes. But only until February 13th!

Back in the spirit of the confines of the world but not of her beautiful animal obsessions, Harumi Klosswska de Rola is presenting her new collection of jewels and objects at the Ecole des Arts joailliers supported by the Van Cleef & Arpels House. Dreamed by the designer in the course of her own terrestrial parallelism and then made by the best Italian and Franco-Swiss jewelers, a screen with golden leaves crossed by lions, a bronze panther and an alabaster lamp illuminating the muzzle of a ” A fawn coexist with pendants – eagle with a beak trimmed with diamond, ibis in gold and ebony – or a ring inflated with fantastic skulls in buffalo horn. A rare and very ephemeral exhibition: it ends on February 1st. Run there.

As part of the Café Antonia, it is now possible to choose the tea you want to taste, as a “nose” selects its chords: not by flying over its name on the menu, but plunging in its aromas.
