From paper to box.

Presented during the most recent Milan Design Week, at the Galerie Nilufar, the “lacquered paper-objects” by Nendo once again display a combination of poetry, precision, technical skill and originality.
In a mill in Japan, using a 3D printer, paper sheets are stacked, glued and cut then hand-painted to create these small containers and give birth to a new material resembling wood.
