Perfectly located on the edge of the Basin, taste a fantastic array of fish and Dupuch oysters – and an adorable service! In the summer of 2014, Pascal Nibadeau left his Michelin-starred restaurant le Pressoir d’Argent du Regent in Bordeaux, instead becoming manager of these kitchens.
