Majorca: gastronomy at the Park Hyatt

Opened in June the first resort of the brand in Europe, imagined as a traditional Mallorcan village on the hillside, deals with art gastronomy with respect for local products with an offer including 4 restaurants. These ones frame the village square and offer a nice variety of typical dishes from the region: of course fish but also poultry farm, local organic vegetables olives … In the restaurant Baléaric, local specialties, Catalan and Spanish: traditional paella , fish of the day … Asia offering sublime views of the valley and a cuisine inspired by China and Thailand; the Café Seplaça is the ideal place to enjoy at any time baking and fresh fruit juices … Finally Tapas offers a menu designed by Spanish chef David Garcia with traditional tapas: tuna tartare, Iberian hams, chorizos and cheeses local.
