At the heart of a beautiful vineyard, the castle saint pierre de Serjac just opened after two years of renovations, 8 hotel rooms and 36 private homes and lofts installed in outbuildings. A new concept that wants to “propel luxury hotels in another dimension.” Two men behind the project Karl O’Hanlon, Irish lover of this region and Laurent Bonfils, from a family of winemakers, he wants to share his passion for wine. Rooms are large: the smallest measuring 30 m2 and furnished with an eclectic taste: the Empire style rubs Louis XVI style, the whole with Art Nouveau touches for a glamorous result. As for houses and lofts, their size varies from 80 to 220 m2, ideal to accommodate families. At the restaurant, two chefs play a partition with Mediterranean accents which is also inspired by their travels, Italy sun, catalognes coasts … Among the advantages of this timeless place, we include a super Cinq Mondes spa, whose expertise is known to all, hidden in the heart of an aromatic garden with 4 treatment rooms, an indoor heated pool with water-massage jets.
