Exceptional cuisine on long-haul flights

First Class is making a summer statement and revamping their À la carte menus. Passengers who travel First Class from Paris-Charles de Gaulle can now choose from a selection of quality and varied ingredients to create a salad dressing according to their preferred tastes. What’s more, Joël Robuchon – the most starred chef in the world – is also creating a series of new dishes that highlight exceptional local produce. Premium Economy and Economy passengers are also being treated to new À la carte menus of their own. As an alternative to the (free) daily menu on most long-haul flights from CDG and Orly, the “Océan”, “Tradition”, “Bio” and “Une sélection Lenôtre ” trays offer a real gourmet adventure for travellimg gastronomes. These menus can be ordered at the time of reservation.
