"Carambolages" at the Grand Palais

Carambolages, Crane Asmat, Irian Jaya, Indonesie. News parisiennes mars 2016 PLUME VOYAGE. @plumevoyagemagazine © collection Liliane et Michel Durand-Dessert, anciennement collection Jean-Edouard Carlier

Carambolages is a show like no other one. Over 185 works of art, from different eras, styles and from different countries, are organized around a course designed like a game of dominoes in which each work leads to the next by an association of ideas or forms. The creations of Boucher, Giacometti, Rembrandt, Man Ray, Annette Messager and other anonymous artists interact in a fun journey that revisits the traditional approach to art history.
Until the 4th of July. www.grandpalais.fr
