Just a few weeks after its opening, the Restaurant du Palais Royal has proved a definite success. The place itself is certainly magnificent with its large terrace overlooking the gardens, its light and bright ground-floor dining room and its cosy salons upstairs. But what makes it so attractive is the cuisine by Philip Chronopolous, who has trained with Alain Passard and who was head chef at the Atelier Etoile de Robuchon for several years.
