Classy gourmet restaurant

When the night falls, change of atmosphere, we head to the warm and classy gourmet restaurant for dinner. Orchestrated by the chef Yoshihiko Miura, author of a delicate and applied cuisine, the menu unfolds the flavors of French gastronomy playing with Japanese notes. Among the must-try not to be missed, the Spider crab with avocado, yuzu and curry oil with fresh herbs, the Bar Sauvage and its Sologne caviar or the Crusader duck with Thai basil. Combining with brio, refinement and generosity, the cuisine of the house fills the gourmets appetites but not only!
