Plume Voyage. A magazine. An experience. A proposal… A journey.

Curiosity that leads us beyond borders, and the desire for a different kind of journey – imaginary, self-exploratory or artistic – continue to inspire PLUME VOYAGE.

In this fourth issue, Plume Voyage hops aboard the Eurostar Travel to explore London. A Break lists the traditional restaurants where cuisine, atmosphere and decor work together to create a tasty and attractive experience. Wander Around discovers the strengths of the recent London Festival of Design and reveals a subtile, functional creation with a poetic installation from the Nendo studio, symbolising the London fog at Established & Sons, as well as minimalist and graphic lamps at Michael Anastassiades pop’up store. A Bridge Between Two Shores tells of the savoir faire of Smythson, the official supplier of the diaries to Her Majesty the Queen. In The World of Francis Sultana, we discover the extravagant-chic proposals of the former artistic director of the David Gill Gallery who also designs creations inspired by Art Deco style. My Suitcase gives the advice of Nathalie Perrodo, a young French-Chinese woman, based in London who returns regularly to the Médoc to manage her two wineries, Château Labégorce and Château Marquis d’Alesme. Travel News offers an overview of London news, as well as some international. It’s Now introduces the following exhibitions: Gerhard Richter at the Tate Modern, Postmodernism at the Victoria & Albert Museum, Sir Terence Conran celebrating his 80th birthday at the Design Museum and 60 portraits by the recipients of the Taylor Wessing Photography Prize at the National Portrait Gallery. And, as usual, The World of Cinema by troublemaker David Blot and his selection of films. This time they tell the stories that inhabit our daily lives from Santa Barbara to Copenhagen.

The magazine, as always, wishes to offer its take on the beauty of things, to reveal the harmony of a place, to discuss the balance of an object, to tell of an encounter, to share the emotion of a moment, and to preserve the transient.
